Will Call for Long Center events is available one hour prior to event time.
Late Seating/Re-Seating policies
Please ARRIVE EARLY. Guests arriving late will be seated by Long Center staff member or volunteer usher in accordance with the policy MANDATED BY the touring production, artist, or resident company. Each touring company/artist performing at the Long Center sets its own late seating policy for both guests arriving late and those who step out of the hall during a performance. To avoid problems with a late seating policy, arrive early so you may attend to your comfort needs and be in your seat before curtain time.
Everyone entering the the audience chamber must have a seat and a ticket.
Each ticket contains a unique barcode which allows one entry one scan. The original ticket purchaser is solely responsible to ensure that tickets (Print at Home or otherwise) are not duplicated in any way. In the event that a duplicate copy appears, the facility reserves the right to refuse entry to all ticket holders and may credit the original purchaser the face value.
Shows, dates, programming, and casting are subject to change without notice. License granted herein may be revoked by refund of established price.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms or conditions herein.

Cameras & Recording Devices
You are welcome to take photographs outside our venues and in the lobby spaces only. Due to copyright laws and in consideration of the performers, the use of photographic or recording devices of any kind inside the theatre is strictly prohibited.
